Cabinet, Kitchen Cabinet & Closet Projects

Every project shown here is a real Balance Construction job in a Southwest Florida home, photographed on site. Each entry lists what the homeowner wanted to change, what we did, the door style or components used, the general area of the home, and how long the work took. We don’t use stock photos, and we don’t post a job until the homeowner has approved it.

What to Look For

  • Refacing projects. Look at the corners and end panels, where veneer either matches the doors or gives the job away. Matching them is the standard we hold ourselves to.
  • New cabinet installs. Look at the reveals between doors and how the run meets the wall and ceiling. Even gaps and scribed fillers are the signs of a careful install.
  • Closets. Look at how the sections are proportioned to what’s stored. A good closet plan puts long-hang where the dresses are, not where the template said.
  • Trim. Look at the inside corners on crown and the transitions where base meets casing.
